Apparel items are being produced in collaboration with another Ottawa small business, Dutch Bike Printing Company, so each item can be hand screen printed and made to order with loads of love and care.

PACKAGING/SHIPPING
All items are packaged securely in a rigid mailing tube or mailer and reinforced to reduce the risk of any potential damage during shipping. Eco friendly, biodegradable packing peanuts are used where necessary for extra protection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on any physical item purchased from IllusiveArtworks.com/shop. Please contact me within 14 days of item delivery and send it on back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
