Creative self expression as a tool for recovery and self care

I am a multimedia artist based in Ottawa, Ontario creating surreal artworks inspired by mental illness, recovery, and wellbeing. My pieces help me process and understand my own experiences and feelings while healing and letting go of the negative. I aim to create artwork that can express emotional experiences and allow others to feel them, making pieces that are felt as much as they are seen.

I share my work and experiences in an effort to help destigmatize mental illness and encourage creative self expression as an accessible tool anyone can leverage to benefit their mental health.

A portion of every sale is donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Do you offer custom work?

I absolutely love creating custom art and working one on one with clients to create a piece that is emotionally driven and unique to them. My process involves getting to know the ideas, stories, emotions, or inspirations a client wishes to illustrate and building on them.
