Prints are made to order and are generally ready to ship within 1-2 business days, however, please note that my print shop’s business week operates Tuesday - Saturday.
PACKAGING/SHIPPING
All items are packaged securely in a rigid mailing tube or mailer and reinforced to reduce the risk of any potential damage during shipping. Eco friendly, biodegradable packing peanuts are used where necessary for extra protection.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on any physical item purchased from IllusiveArtworks.com/shop. Please contact me within 14 days of item delivery and send it on back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
