This piece is a love letter to myself. And, in turn, to anyone who struggles with their mental health, their confidence, their well-being....
Inspired by the progress I have seen myself make in recent months towards healing my insecurities and being proud of myself inside and out.
It is intended to illustrate growing confidence while serving as a reminder that struggles are not failings, and we all deserve to be proud of our progress - even when when we hit a relapse, and even when our progress doesn’t align with the expectations of others, and even when our progress feels impossibly slow.
